Not sure about engine size sorry...

While I was hooking up an after market radio I touched two wrong wires together and saw a spark. When I started the car my interior lights were flashing in sync with the "door ajar" light then they went off. Now my dashboard lights, interior lights, power locks, power windows, tail lights, and speedometer all don't work including the radio. My a/c still blows but it'll only blow from the front defroster. I've checked some of the fuses but they all came up fine. Can you help?

correct improper wiring and check all fuses with a test light.
