1994 Plymouth Grande Voyager SE AWD 3.3 liter 259,000 miles
So I've owned this for 10 years and in this time the passenger window, radio and passenger rear side window work intermittently but more often don't work so I try not to use them. I have replaced the in tank fuel pump 3 times, alternator 5 times and on my 2nd battery, O2 sensor once and starter twice. I think I have a problem short somewhere related to the passenger side but not experienced in hunting down shorts in electrical.
Any tips or advice other than paying someone to find it for me?

Age and miles on this it owes you nothing now. Help me help you get some things ruled out as it could last and work for more time and miles.

Isn't battery under hood over a bunch of relays? Check for corrosion under it - do your best. Ground straps are everywhere in vehicles and both break and lose ability. No grounding, no show.

OK to just add generic gound straps which are available metal to metal always back to engine block. Even exhaust system tail pipe to body could help. Dash metal to body metal and so on.

If adding think of where and be out of harm's way with them. If you find one or more broken - replace or fix it. At a minimum this must be known or testing will be flawed for anything else,

I only know of one grounding strap. Just to the right of the alternator and it goes to one of the bracket bolts. Nothing corroded under battery. I'll look for broken straps though. Are their ground straps other than in the engine compartment?

Look around, they are all over vehicles. Battery must ground engine block first and well then body metal. Dash to body as needed. Exhaust is actually isolated so added as well as needed along fuel tanks, necks. Well hidden as they would be ugly for doors so may not be bare braided wire for things but end up a bare eyelet end.

You can use jumper grounds - wire with clips or even jumper cables to test out things that are in question,
