Electrical problem

I Have a 2003 ford mustang Cobra and I was wiring a switch inside the car and got some wires backward, well the problem is now the power top, windows, radio, windshield wipers, defrost and ac won't work unless the key is in the back accessory position, it all works fine in that position. But with it in the forward position or running none of the accesories above will work. Also the gauges work but are delayed in coming on for about 15 seconds once the vehicl is running. Please help I'm stationed in Hawaii and don't have the time or money to take it to the dealership. Thank you ahead of time.
