Found the battery terminal croded really bad so replaced figuring that was why, still nothing. Had the battery tested it was good but they refunded it and bought new anyways. Still would not start. Pulled starter had check, checked good. Went ahead and bought one to test with did same thing plunger came out but would not turn starter. Now started to check electrical went over grounds and cleaned all, ohm out good. Checked over positive to starter everytime turn ignition the plunger comes out the starter volts drops to 0vdc or less then 8vdc? The positive cable ohms good but there is a second wire terminated with it unsure what this is. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
