The cruise will work if I hold the ON button on the steering wheel; dash indicator comes on and all works fine until I let the button go and then the crusie shuts off. Any ideas what control may be at fault here? The button's little green light is on so it has power there... just wont stay on once I let it go...? Is there something behind the button like a pressure switch or is it just an on/off contact type? Is there anything to repair behind the button? Is there another relay or something that is'nt holding the circuit on ? Rather have a fix than a band-aid.
