My daughter called me about her 1990 Buick LeSabre. The lights came on, on their own. She went down turned them off. A little later her neighbor calls and tells her the lights are on. She goes back out and hits the off switch and they go off. A while later this happened again, and again she turned them off. When she finally got to sleep and woke the next morning, the battery was dead.
The switches are located on the door. This may be helpful info, because the problems began after a winter storm.
Other electrical issues which may be related: Radio went off, and heater blower sped up. Then radio came back on, and heater blower slowed.
Big issue is the lights. I've already suggested she blow-dry the switches and see what happens.
Is it a known issue with this car, that lights come on, on their own?

Are you talking about the headlights or the dome lights inside?
