When I'm driving my car and I'm about to stop my car starts shaking then if i dont hit the accelerater it most of the time conks out like it cant catch itself...
I Drive a 15 year old 1995 Dodge Neon And It Has A Oil Leak

If it only happens while you are braking, maybe you want to check the brake booster for a vacuum leak. With the engine idling in park, if you hold the brake firmly, see if the idle starts to get rough, then release the brake pedal. If it smoothes out, suspect a leaking booster.
