Camry Left signal - headlight combination issue

1997 - Toyota - Camry - V6 - 151K milage
I am facing problem with signals and here's my scenario :
HeadLight ON : Right signal works fine. Left signal (front and rear both) keep turned ON (No blink) Does not matter wherever I move the turn signal switch (left,right or center)
Headlights Off : Right signal works fine. When I move switch for left turn signal - From outside both Front and read signals looks good, but inside the car, dashboard & stereo lights keeps flashing with left indicator.
Can you please help, where can be the issue ?
Some background : 3 Months back my wife hit the car - Left Headlight & Indicators got replaced. 3 Days back I hit the car, my bumper is cracked and hood is not closing properly and it's raining these days. Can this be related?
When it started happening ? : After 2 days of my recent accident
Is this consistent : Yesterday all day it was happening, last night problem gone away, in morning when I started the car problem was not there, When I came to main road problem again showed up.
Please help where can be the issue .. :(

It sounds like you have a bad ground, probably at the left front light. Follow the white with black wire from the headlight.

So, first I should remove bulbs of my headlight and left signal and the should see if problem gone away.
If problem still exists then I need to check for wires.
Right ?
Sorry, I am actually new to this - what should I check in the wires behind the headlight ?

I don't know where you got that from. I told you to check the ground for that light. If this is something beyond your abilities, then it's just time to take it to a reputable shop for electrical diagnostics.
