Have a 1999 Honda Prelude. Tail lights not working. Checked for blown fuse. Found blown fuse and changed. Started vehicle and turned on lights. Tail light fuse blows every time.

This is the Hunt, and find job. Start with removing the bulbs that are most likely to have corroded sockets or wires in trunk that might have been bumped and damaged. Make sure any replacement bulbs are exactly what is called for. Some wrong ones can fit and cause problems,
