Hi What is the procedure to check the blower motor. Will not work on any speed.
2000 Kia Spectra w/ a/c...............fuse is good.

First jump power and ground directly to the motor to find out if the motor itself is good. If it is, then you will have to test for power and ground arriving at the plug and see which one is missing. that will tell you which direction to go from there.
