Blinkers, low beams, and seat belt light

I have a 2002 dodge dakota SLT 4.7l manual trans. first the blinkers would blow and I would change them now they just dont work at all. The dash doesnt even show them on but the switch will work the wipers and highbeams. Hazards dont work either. My seat belt light then began to stay on itll flash if you turn or get on the clutch or breaks sometimes not always. Now to make it all worse my low beams will not work at all! Driving around with one head light was bad enough now both out is just a ticket magnet. I plan to get bulbs tomorrow. a deer was hit with the passenger side but both brights work. Thats all a bit to take in so thanks reading and any info you can give on what the issue could be????? Id really like to get all of this fixed if possible so any help you can give would be great.
