Battery Replacement 99 Isuzu Amigo

After replacing the battery in my 99 amigo the hazards began to flash (while off) and upon opening the door all my dash lights, door buzzer, all interior lights are flashing off and on for about 3o seconds. The battery is charged, properly installed, and all connections are tight. I think this may be an antitheft, but I don't know how to reset it. My car has no alarm, and no power locks, windows, etc.
