At first the turn signals blinked slowly, then, the speedometer jumped everytime I tapped the brakes or turned on the turn signal, now the radio goes out every time the flasher indicator blinks, any ideas?

Have the charging system tested; these symptoms sound very much like the alternator is not functioning and you’re running solely off of the battery. You may not have any warning lights on because the alternator may still be producing enough to keep lights off but not enough to keep the system(s) alive.
