Absolutely no power

My van suddenly died yesterday. Running fine, stopped to run into the store for a few minutes, came out and everything was dead. Replaced battery. Nothing. No horn, no lights, nothing. Had car towed to my house, tried everything again, and still dead. Came home today from work to start looking into what could be causing this, and electrical was working. Lights, powerdoors, horn all worked suddenly. Turned the key to see if it started and everything died as soon a I turned to the second position "power but not starting". Is there something on the vehicle that would have reset itself overnight to allow everything to work, and then trip again when the key is turned? circuit breaker of some kind? The vehicle is a 2007 Hyundai Entourage Limited....any ideas where I can start looking. Thanks

Sounds like a bad battery cable connection at any end of either, T
