AC WILL NOT TURN OFF

HELLO, I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, IT IS A 2004 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL I GOT MY HEAD LIGHT BULBS CHANGED, AND BRAKES, AND A CAR WASH AFTER THAT THE AIR WOULD NOT TURN OFF, OVER HEAD DIRECTION WOULD NOT COME ON, POWER STERRING BECAME TIGHT, AND DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK AUTOMACTICALLY, WHAT HAPPENED.

I would take your car back to the place that did the work and get them to look over it. The symptoms you wrote are not related to the work done, unless they tightened one of your belts or knocked a belt off. Kocking a belt off would explain the tighness in the power steering, the air conditioning, but no the locking of your door. Check your belts and make sure all pulleys have something attached. if that is all fine, then take it to a mechanic for a hands on diagnosis.
