A/C fan stopped And I'm hot

I have a 99 ford pu triton engine v8. I was returning home from vacation when I noticed my a/c fan stopped blowing. Then I noticed my turn signals didn't work. I got pulled over by PO PO and they said I had a tail light out (I think it may have been a brake light because it was during the day) Any Ideas?

Start by checking all fuses - with a test light is best not just by looks,
