99 blazer eletrical problem

99 blazer electrical problem .Every thing worked when I got car but thru the years things quit working.First was rear latch,then pass.heated seat,then window control from drivers door,then mirror adjustment.Truck was sitting 4 months now heater motor does not work was working last time used.Fuses look good.Thanks for any help

Maintenance has been ignored for years. It's going to take a while and a few dollars to catch back up. Tackle one problem at a time. If you have any electrical knowledge, follow a wiring diagram with a test light. If not, get it to a competent shop for diagnosis.
