98 Land Rover Discovery

Over that last couple years the sun roofs have slowly started to get stuck more often. Finally they got stuck open and the only one ive been able to get down was the front one! Lucky I guess? I've checked the tracks to make sure nothing was in the way and the rear one just wont close all the way! Now it wont open or close! I just wanted to know if there is anything I could do to fix it? I can also hear the motors running, but they just dont have enough juice to make them move it seems
