MY 97 JEEP GRAND CHKEE POWER LOCKS LOCK AND UNLOCK WHEN DRIVING. IT HAS REMOTE BUTTON FOR LOCKS AND PANIC ALARM , 116,000 MILES. ONLY DOES IT AT RANDOM TIMES. KINDA LIKE IF THE BUTTON WAS BEING PRESSED, DOME LIGHTS AND LOCK WOULD ACTIVATE JUST LIKE IF WAS PARKED.

I would start off with checking the grounds. I don't have a diagram handy but I believe on those there are some a pillar grounds that are for the locks... Pull the kick panels back under the dash on both left & right sides and check the grounds...........
