1996 ford e250 4.9l won't start from key no power to fuel pump or solinoid but can be jumped from solinoid an with gas will start but quickly shuts off does not start in neutral either

A couple of items to check . Check fusible links . If '"blown" it will be stretchy . Check electrical part of ign switch for melting or housing coming apart.
