Hi all, Thanks in advance for any help.
The battery in my 96 Subaru Legacy Outback (2.5?) died the other day. I charged the battery, but the entire electrical system is now disabled. I believe it has to do with a "security" feature. So far, it's kept my car secure from its registered owner...
Nothing electrical works, at all, save the hazards which constantly flash. This happened once before, and I was able to fix it with over-the-phone assistance from an expert. I believe the security system needs to be reset.
I've tried holding the reset button underneath the dash, as well as locking/unlocking the driver's door several times to no avail.
Help!!!
And I screwed up the formatting for my make/model, etc. Hope you can still help...
