95 ford explorer key wont turn steering wheel locked

Hello
I own a 95 explorer eddie bauer automatic
My key will not turn at all once it’s in the ignition
I am not able to take it out of park
I am not able to unlock steering wheel
This ignition is 4 months old
please respond asap
I am open to all ideas
It was towed for the reason I could not move it.
I need to get it out of storage yard asap by Sun

Is this to say a new ign lock cylinder isn't turning at all? Why was it replaced the first time 4 mo ago? Are you sure you are using the right key now? If a copy try an original and both ways as cut on one side can be off. Try turning wheel left and right quickly while turning key. Locking pin may be jammed.
Otherwise I'm not sure what else to suggest and it may need a new lock cylinder again. If willing to risk it try forcing it pretty hard AYOR as it might break or work??
