95 civic ex all dash gauges and turn signals out

i was pulling out of a gas station the other night and all the gauges dropped, the odometer stopped ticking, and i have no turn signals. i do not have a manual so if you know where this fuse is let me know.

For lack of a manual for now - just test fuses with a test light like one shown for power on BOTH sides of any suspect fuse. Enable key to position where that item should be working and if one lights up on one side and not the other that one has a problem. An ohm meter can also test a fuse without power present just for continuity........
