95 T-100 - Parking lights will not turn off

Recently my parking lights have been coming on randomly when the truck is parked, switch off, keys out, etc. Then I can't find how to get them to turn off except to disconnect the battery. Now, every time I park, I am disconnecting the battery so I don't return to a dead truck.
Possible other factors: It has been extremely wet lately with lots of mist and fog. I can't help but think maybe there is water in the system closing the circuit somewhere. Hmmm.
Any help?

Sounds like a sticking taillight relay. I have given you the component location diagram. Left kick panel.
