95' Camry Wiring Problem

1995 Toyota Camry LE 194,857 Miles Haven't tried anything to fix it, since I have minimal electrical knowledge. My car will sometimes make a constant clicking sound when I turn it on (like the turn signal sound) and the front side and back red lights will simultaneously flash, but it will stop after a few minutes. The lights, automatic locks, windows, and the stereo/speakers in the car all work fine, however the 12v plug stopped working a year or two after we bought it (used). I don't know if this is wire corrosion or regular wear, but it would be nice to be able to use a navigation system or just to charge a phone/iPod. Another thing you may need to know is that we had the stock automatic locks replaced with a Viper system because we had no way of remotely locking/unlocking it. Maybe the people who installed it didn't do something right but I don't know how this can be fixed. Any help would be great since I don't really want to pay a repairman a ridiculous amount of money to look at the electrical system. Thanks!

Sounds like a messed up aftermarket mess with anti-theft rigged into door locks. Get the papers when you messed with the locks to see if there's a disable mode or take it back to who or what place installed that. Aftermarket stuff is near always asking for troubles down the road, T
