I am only getting power from one point in the relay. also the TCM or PCM (near air flow for throttle) reads 2.6 amps. i am stumpped can any one help???? It is the one that links upto the starter, cruise control. also replaced starter, PCM, ignition, and other parts. I turn it into the start position and i get a loud buzz from transmission.
