the owner b4 me tried to hook up radio sstem not both windows dont work seem like there is power going to the switches tried to bye pass it but no luck i kow there is an ecb (breaker) in both motors but b4 i take the whole thing even more apart would love any help or feed back

What wires were tapped for the radio job? If it just started then that is where to look. Best to power radio/stereo stuff to the original wires to old radio or if need be use the aux places at fuse box and fuse the added stuff right there or inline,

which wires do i touch together how do i jump or bypass the switch

I think the breaker for that is at the fuse box and marked. It may be a 30 amp alum box that just pushes in like a fuse in there. Those should reset themselves. I don't know the wiring colors or have the diagram to help. If you find the wires that just go to a motor you could add + to one wire and - to the other and it would go up or down and reverse that for the other direction.

I still would look for what was tapped into for the radio deal! Undo that and fix wiring if cut to get power from unknown wires. It's too coincidental that this happened with the radio,
