Just bought a 94 chevy blazer s-10 tahoe the speedometer doesn't work, well it's a digital dash and there just isn't anything showing where the speedometer should be. Ditto on the turn signals. Is there a simple fix or a major cost fix I'm looking at? thanks! Glenn

After you’ve checked and made sure ALL fuses are ok, then pull the instrument cluster. That’s so you can get at the wiring harness plug going to the cluster. Once there, you should be able too see the numbering on the wiring harness connector. There should be A 1 through to A17 on one side of the connector and B1 through B17 on the other side. What you want too do is check for power & grounds on certain terminals. Lets start with power feeds. A15 should have power with the ignition switch in the run & start position. B1 should have power in the run position only. B4 should have power at all times, regardless of ignition switch position. For the grounds. A9 & B7 should always have a path to ground. If power & ground are as stated, then you’re buying a new or rebuilt cluster. If power or ground is missing at any of the 5 terminals, you’ll have to chase down where the connection, splice or whatever is stopping it from getting to the connector. Dan. Canadian "EH"
