'94 Buick Regal 3800 theft deterrent relay

Where will I find the theft deterrent relay in a 1994 Buick Regal 3800? And how wold I go about getting a new one and replacing it? I was told that the standard automotive part stores do not have them, nor can they get them. I am afraid if I go through a dealer, I will pay out the nose for it. If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

BIGGEST PROBLEM IVE FOUND WITH GM ANTI THEFT SYSTEMS ARE THE TWO TINY WIRES THAT GO TO THE IGNITION CYLINDER - THEY BREAK OVER TIME IVE SEEN IT QUIT A FEW TIMES AND ITS ALWAYS ON GM VEHICLES
