93 accord cruise inop

i have a 1993 honda accord ex dr coupe. the cruise just stopped working. i checked for a fuse, there is not one for the cruise. i am not very familiar with the newer cars as far as the how the cruise is operated. i know on the older vehicles, there was a cruise box with vaccum lines and a electrical plug that was run by the multi-function switch. i looked for a some kind of brain box or control solenoid for the cruise, but could not determine which one it might be. if there are common problems with type of vehicle, what can i check? thank you.
