Search Auto Parts Search 91' grand marquis, lights wont shut off Sign up here!   Email This Post Auto Repair Home>> Automotive Repair>> Automotive Wiring and Electrical J0n- New User Jun 2, 2007, 11:32 PM Post #1 of 3 (1338 views) 91' grand marquis, lights wont shut off Sign In ya so i have a 1991 mercury grand marquis, recently the lights on the floor and the little light around the keyholes on the outside of the car will not shut off even when its parked, all doors shut and locked, parking brake on, keys out of ignition. this just started recently and now i have to disconnect my battery everyday. the next best solution i can think of is takin out the bulbs near the floor, but that still leaves the key hole lights on the outside. if you need anymore information in order to help me just ask and ill provide it, would like to get this fixed soon thanks, J0n- way2old Veteran / Moderator Jun 3, 2007, 4:50 PM Post #2 of 3 (1331 views) Re: 91' grand marquis, lights wont shut off Sign In Unplug door jamb switches to see if lights go out. Also be sure the headlight switch is not in the interior on position. Have seen that happen many times.
