91 Plymouth Acclaim turn signal

I can not get the right side turn signal to blick, and the right rear brake light isnt lighting up when pressing brake pedal. Have checked all lights and replaced those that were burnt out. Wife thought it was the fuse, so we have purchased the blicker fuse; however we cannot locate the fuse to replace it! Bought turn signal fuse at a parts store and ask where fuse was located and told it was under the dash. I must be blind because we cannot find old fuse to replace. Or what could be causing the turn signal and brake light not to work? Thanks Driving me nuts!! For those married over twenty years you know what I mean

Probably a problem with the wiring or socket to the bulb that doesn't light if new. Swap the bulb anyway with one you are sure lights,
