hey guys!

im in need of some help. ive never been very good on the whole wireing end of things, unless im slapping in a stereo or something, but i just bought this car kinda a project on the side and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to fix the left turn signal. its fine during the day when i have the lights off, it doesnt stick or anything works normally. well at night when i turn the damn head lights on the left turn signal sticks. on the inside of the car where it blinks to show u that the blinker is on. the arrow just stays lit up green but its not actaully blinking on the outside of the car unless u move the turn signal lever up and down. can anybody tell me whats causeing this? also theres a high idle in it. when u first turn the car on while its idling its high but u drive it for a few minutes then put it back in park to idle again and it doesnt idle high then. i was told the efe valve would fix all that ?

by the way i forgot to throw in that its v8 and its got a holly 4barrel rebuilt carb

Have you checked to be sure the proper bulbs are in the sockets? Also be sure one does not have a filament broken and shorting across the buld.
