hey,

the car is 1983 chevrolet caprice classic 4door state wagon 305cid 4bbl. i replace the water temp. meter. i replace the temp. sensor two. i couldnt find where i connect the sensor. the only wire connect to this area its going to the air compreso. there is any other wire to connect it to the sensor???.

It may already have on under the exhaust manifold on the driver's side.

thank you mr Hammer Time i knew when i was fixing the new sensor, that i install it it wrong. because i have to disable an EGR valve. i check the area you mention it i found it i will try to install it this night. i will inform you what gonna happen.
