4 Ways Flashing??

New here, and know absolutely nothing about cars! I have keyless entry, and when I lock the car, the horn beeps. For the past few weeks, every now and then the horn will just start beeping, like an alarm would. I'll have to go out and 'open' the car to get it to stop. Then today on my way to work, my 4-ways started flashing. They'd flash for about 5 seconds, then stop, then start again.
I"m assuming it's an electrical issue, but can anyone 'diagnose' this?

Someone may be able to assist you if you provide information about the vehicle.
Year,make,model,engine size...would be helpful.
