2007 Saturn Vue Fuse keeps blowing

Vehicle: 2007 Saturn Vue 3.5L
So this fuse (Cool LO (L4) Cool 2 (V6) 25 AMP) keeps blowing out. I'm guessing there's a short somewhere? Where and what should I be looking for?

That fuse powers cooling fan relay #2 which in turn powers the right cooling fan.
I would try unplugging that fan and then run the car, watching the temp, and see if the fuse blows. If it still blows out the fuse, try swapping the relay.
