There is an after market key start/lock.
and the stock stereo didn't work at all when we got the car.
Check engine code i read the day before was on O2 code due to a small leak very close to the o2 sensor.
nothing else after market and no other issues to my knowledge. have had the truck 6 months the previous owners (1 owner car) said they had no issues at all

Was driving 4ish hours no issues then all of a sudden light flickered a little and the gas stopped working. then it happen again and started working i went to pull off the road and put down my window the moment i hit the window button the transition downshifted hard, i know it shouldn't have.
At this point i tried to manually shift and it wouldn't let me the power to the wheels 100% stopped so i pulled off and shut the car down (this all happen within 30 seconds or less)
Car off keys in the ignition lights flashing like crazy, pull the keys out and turned on the hazard lights hear some clicking happening inside the dash, lights on the instrument panel starts flashing randomly. hazard lights flash crazy speeds.

All i have done at this point was charge and test battery, and check all the wiring visible without stripping harnesses and getting deep.
Don't know what to do.... just want to cry and pout

I seriously doubt this is going to be something you will solve yourself.

The first step would be scanning the computer for stored codes and see if they point in a specific direction.
