2006 Honda Civi Security System Help

I have a used 2006 Honda Civic EX and I can't figure out how to over ride one of the security features. I was cleaning my car listening to the radio and I guess it was on for too long and now the fuel injector wont work. This happened once before but all I ahd to do was lock the door witht he key transmitter and then unlock it but thats not working. What do I do?
