So I am unable to open the hood to jump start it, Has anyone seen this problem before? Thanks. Just saw one a couple hours ago (nephew's new car) and asked what he'd do with a dead battery. If this has a real key it should open the door. Are you sure it's not just frozen from ice perhaps or do you have the right key?
