2004 toyota solara starts and dies out right away

its a 4 cylinder and we replaced the engine, transmission, wire hardness (the ones under the hood), pcm and immobilizer. the immobilizer was reset to match the original key that came with the car and at th same time an extra key was made and programed. problem is that the car starts and it dies out within a second as if it didnt have gas. Already checked grounds and wires, fuel pressure, spark and injectors. everything shuts down after a second. does anyone know if there's some kind of programing or something like that that needs to be done so the car can stay running?

The 1st step would be to pull codes and see if you are dealing with an anti theft problem or if there is another issue going on.
With out know whats going on, you could waste a bunch of time going down the wrong trail....
