2004 subaru outback headlight won't work

Changed (r) headlight bulb checked for loose connections still won't work not sure where to go next was working three days ago

headlamp fuse I think #9 a 15amp* if not then check relay R headlamp -could swap relay with Left relay for a test. if not relay then fuse or wiring. *fuse box legend or owners manual will help pinpoint it

Do you have a 12v test light? Would help to know if you have power or ground at this plug.

Update to the problem talked to my parts guy he had me replace lowbeam wiring and connector (required splicing) Took care of problem.not a hard job
