2004 Toyota Solara speedometer problem after clutch replacement

Replaced clutch on 2004 Solara 5 speed and have no speedometer. Two wire speedometer connector is installed on top of transmission. Any fuse or relays or any suggestions

Unlikely that a fuse has blown
Did the wires get streched when removing box and causing bad connection
or did you remove speedo gear and not replace properly
Also make sure there is no other connections left off around gearbox
