2004 Corsa Headlight keeps cutting out Sign In

Year: 2004
Make: Vauxhall
Model: Corsa SXi 16V
Engine Size: 1.2
Mileage: 64,000

Problem:

Ok, I have recently bought this car a few days ago from a local garage. When I first put on my headlights, I noticed the right headlight wasnt going on - so I took it back to see what they could do. It came on after they gave it a nudge, so assuming something must have been just out of place, I went home again. Everything was working the next night, until I got home I noticed it was out again, so I took it back up again. One of the mechanics took the whole light apart and peiced it together again with it working and said I shouldn't have any more problems. So when it got dark again, it was working again, then I noticed after a while - It cut off AGAIN! I am going to be obviously taking it back to see what the problem is. I'm thinking that it could be the actual bulb its self, but then again - why is it going on, to cut off? It's really starting to get annoying, the fact I'm having to go to the garage every day. Don't get me wrong, theyre being really helpful and fixing the problem for free, as they should have noticed this before selling me it! But I hope someone has an idea whats up.

Replace the bulb as they should have the first time.

They eventually changed the bulb today, so hopefully that is it... I'll have to wait and see. Smile
