2003 grand am interior electronics sporratic

when I turn on ignition key, sometime interior electronics don't come on. this includes guages, radio, dash lights, etc.

Dash lights should work even if you have the ignition turned off with the headlamp switch on.
Have you checked or tested anything? Which gauges don't come up? What are the rest of the things that don't come on ?(.etc). The more information you can provide the better advice you'll get.
