2003 Taurus electrical problems

I have a 2003 Taurus SES with the 3.0 V-6 and 65000 miles. I was involved in a front end collision which destroyed the power distribution center under the hood. I spliced in a new pdc and everything works fine until I turn on the headlights. With the headlights on the blinkers don't flash and the illumination on the radio is dim. Also, the indicator for the left blinker on the dash stays on. the blinker bulbs and the headlights light up, the brake lights, reverse lights and emergency flashers still work, but no blinkers. with the lights off, everything works perfectly. I cant find any broken/frayed wires. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look for a ground in the front that was never put back on after the collision.
