have a 2003 Chevy Monte CarloSS,3800. The volt meter drops out and shows no batt voltage or charge voltage,also the batt light,security light,and sometimes the service vehicle light come on as if I have a low battery or charging problem.(the battery is new and has been tested and the alternator has been rebuilt and shows charging of 14.5 volts even when voltmeter shows nothing), also the driver side cooling fan comes on after turningcar off , even when car is cold. Disconnecting and reconnecting battery solves all problems for about a day and it happens all over again.Any Ideas? ,Please Help!!
