I have a:
2003 Honda Pilot (3.5L V6) with 130K miles.

Yesterday I drove 200 miles and at the end of the trip I plugged in a DC-to-AC converter to the cigarette-lighter-like adapter that is located under the arm rest, and then plugged my laptop cord into the adapter. I proceeded to uses the laptop for 1/2 hour. I turned the car off and unplugged the laptop which I took in with me to the appointment. I got back in the car and began to drive home and realized that my radio was not working nor the cigarette lighter on the dashboard. At some point in the day, I opened up the armrest and realized I left the DC converter plugged in (this is not currently working either).

This morning I popped the hood and checked the fuse associated with the radio; it is good. The manual makes no reference to fuses for cigarette lighters only the radio.

Test ALL your fuses using a test light. Make sure you get the inside fuse box too.

In the fuse box under the hood there is fuse labeled Radio, check there first. If good, go to the fuse upstream which is labeled Accessory..... it is inside on the passanger outer panel under the glove box, first one on top closest to the engine, that is upstream from the radio, and both ligther holes up front.

Hope that helps someone, it took us a couple hours.
