so to start with the running lights on my accent would not turn off, and were draining the battery while the car was off. So I was operating by pulling the fuse when the car was off. I forgot, inevitably, this weekend and my car's battery died. I tried jumping it and it would not jump. Then, I went to walmart and got a new battery, put it in and it started. So i drove it home, pulled the spark plug and went to bed. This morning when I tried to start it it would not start and when I tried to jump it it would not jump.
help!

Looks like it's time to start fixing things instead of ignoring them. Have the battery charged and tested first and then run a parasitic draw test on the vehicle.

There is a procedure for finding a battery draw like that.

You will need a digital ammeter and a jumper wire with clips on the ends to do this.
First rig any door switches so you can have a door open without triggering the interior lights and unplug the hood light. Remove one battery cable and attach the meter in series between the battery cable and battery post. Take the jumper wire and also attach it the same way. Leave the jumper wire on for at least 10 minutes to expire all the automatic timers. Now remove the jumper wire and read the meter. Anything over 50ma is too much draw. The way you locate this is to start removing fuses one at a time until the meter drops to normal level. This will be the circuit with something staying on. Determine what components are part of that circuit and check them individually until the problem is isolated.

I did that and every single one of them had over a 50 draw...
what does that mean?

It means you haven't found the draw yet. You missed something.

Just about not taking a jump: You need very high end real fine strand, 1 gauge copper with grips that would chop you fingers off that would set you back way over $100 buck if not $200! Not suggested anymore in many cases. A battery that dead is a real strain for the donor vehicle and hard on both alternators.

When something happens best if at all possible to charge the battery OR a jumper box that I could use costing about $300 for a real good one! Better to join a motor club for emergencies. As Hammer says - gotta find that drain or you'll kill the new battery,
