I have a 2002 honda civic with a 1.7 L engine ,and the two front drivers running lights are out ,the directional works on both though . I took off the two bolts on top and it's still attached underneath some how , can't reach much and can't see much ,not a lot of room . Does anyone know how to get the lens house out to access the bulbs ?

If you cut the wheel all the way to one side, you can get to the bulbs from inside the wheel well after peeling the inner fender liner back. If you want to take the lens out, you'll have to remove the front bumper. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
