The radio/CD/tape player in my 2002 Ford Windstar cuts out intermittently when engine is running. Actually just the audio is muted. I suspect it is switching to some external input, (moble phone?). I'm fairly certain the problem is not in the receiver itself. Pin 3 of a 16 pin plug to receiver measures normally slight DC voltage (Data pulses) but when engine is running this voltage jumps to 12VDC when muted. When I unplug the receiver the voltage on pin 3 jumps up and down with engine running. Could someone tell me what pin 3 on stereo connects to or better where I could find a wiring diagram? Thanks Richard Van Wasshnova
